    Never Fear, Jill is Here.

Dear Blog-readers. I apologize for my lack of postings, keeping up with life seems to make typing about it a little more challenging. Partner this with my devotion to another blog and poor Jill gets pushed to the wayside.
Have no fear readers, I am back and brimming with excitement to talk about.
I’ve decided, I think, to approach this blog a bit differently than I have in the past. I’ll still be on the lookout for more “article-y” post ideas, but what this blog is really supposed to do is inform you on how to handle everything in a busy life, and what better way to do that than share with you my busy life!

As Halloween is just around the corner I’ve been rather preoccupied with dreaming up costume ideas and focusing a lot of my attention (too much actually) on the entertainment part of my life. Which is not to say I have a lack of other, more important things to do, to the contrary I have a bundle of projects I could and should be devoting more of my time to. Currently, aside from my MBA coursework and my Graduate Assistantship I’m working on completing a play, starting the beginning planning of this year’s Wilkes University Women’s Studies Conference, and researching Ph.D. programs. So, really, I should be tackling one of those issues instead of perusing the internets for a killer Betty Rubble costume, but I haven’t really sunk into work mode yet.

I find myself having a difficult time concentrating on anything work related. I think I’ve developed GADD, Graduate Attention Deficit Disorder. I have more free time now that I’m not in classes for 18 hours a week and that means I have more time to waste googling for the answer to every question that I think of during the course of a day. Don’t get me wrong, I love the internet for this very reason, the wealth of information of my fingertips always astounds me. However, I think it’s time to put away my internet card for a few hours in the evenings so I can actually complete the ever-growing list of items on my “to-do” list.

In an attempt to follow my own advice, that’ll be all from this Jill for tonight. But, be sure to tune in frequently, I’ll be posting more regularly.
